8,500 Pages of Evidence, 15 Hours of Footage Presented in Duterte ICC Case.

Prosecution Team of Duterte ICC Case Determined To Move Case To Trial DUTERTE ICC CASE – The International Criminal Court said that over 8,500 pages of written evidence will be presented against the former President. Recently, the ICC released the significant dates over the Duterte ICC case prior to the September hearing. The ICC prosecutor spoke on the items of evidence for the Duterte ICC case in his response to the judges of the pre-trial chamber over the conduct of the confirmation of charges hearing. Based on the report, Khan stressed that the pieces of evidence cited is only a portion of what will be used during the confirmation of the proceedings on the Duterte ICC case.
